The Orchard is situated on 10 scenic acres at the end of a quiet country lane in the heart of Mornington Peninsula's hill country. While hundreds of metres from neighbouring residences The Orchard is within minutes of several excellent restaurants, such as the superb 2 chef's hat Tractor Bar, world class wineries, scenic walking trails, golf courses, spas, art galleries, a multitude of beaches, restful rolling countryside, shopping precincts and the many other attractions of the Peninsula.

The B&B suites provide privacy and luxury with each suite featuring beautiful sound-proof rammed-earth walls, glorious views of the Coolart Valley, private entry and private balcony, very comfortable queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding from Abode Living in Melbourne, separate bathroom with double spa, double lounge and full length mirror.


Our B&B guests enjoy Helen's gourmet a' la carte breakfasts, delicious home made sweet and savoury biscuits, chocolates, fashion magazines, HDTV with DVD, audio system, DVD, CD, book and magazine library, free WiFi, Twinings teas, Nespresso coffees, bar fridge and ironing facilities. 

Each bathroom is provisioned with bath foam, soaps, conditioner, moisturiser and shampoo, waffle weave bath robes, heated towell rack and hair dryer.

Guests can choose to breakfast on their private balcony, in their suite or in our attractive dining room.

A major renovation of The Orchard House was completed in 2012 providing a stunning 2 bedroom self-contained house ideal for country getaways.  

The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking with high quality Smeg appliances, extensive cooking equipment and bench surfaces in black granite.

Each bedroom has a very comfortable king-sized bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton bedding from Abode Living in Melbourne. The bathroom features a sunken bath, floor to ceiling tiles, granite cabinet top and private country views.


The large tiled deck has shade sail, outdoor setting, comfortable lounge chairs and sweeping views over the beautiful Coolart Valley.
